Ask Dr Boyce: My parents say I need to go to college to be successful. Is that true?

In this video, a student asks me whether or not he should listen to his parents, who are telling him that he has to go to college in order to be successful. I’ve taught college students since the early 1990s, so I’ve seen situations in which college works for the best and times when it didn’t work out so well.

You can watch the video response I sent to the young person, who is a student in our program at AskDrBoyce.com. Take a look.
