In this video, I discuss a recent article by Scoop Jackson. Writing for ESPN, the journalist attempts to reframe the legacy of Michael Jordan and his contributions to the black community. According to Jackson, Jordan gets a bad rap and is actually more of an asset to black people than most people believe.

I put Jackson’s article into context and discuss what it really means to be a contributor to black America.
