Dr Boyce Watkins: Huffington Post loves affirmative action for white women, but not for anybody else

A picture recently circulated of what is proclaimed to be the editorial board of The Huffington Post.  The picture included nothing but women, with the vast majority of them being white.  This led to a firestorm of controversy online, as people wondered why The Huffington Post feels so compelled to exclude people of color (and even white males) from those within their ranks.
