In this video, Dr Boyce Watkins speaks about the things that millenials need to do in order to become successful. Dr Watkins, who speaks to millions of college students all over the world, says that many young people miss out on their chance at greatness due to their inability to stick to the things they’ve started.

Dr Boyce Watkins was the outstanding graduating senior in Finance at The University of Kentucky, with a triple major in Finance, Economics and Business Management. In 2001 when he earned his PhD, he was the only African American in the WORLD to earn a doctorate in Finance. Since that time, he has authored numerous books and appeared in thousands of national media outlets, including The Breakfast Club, Ebony Magazine, ABC News, and more. He has millions of followers on social media and is now runs The Dr Boyce Watkins Economic Empowerment Institute at Simmons College, an HBCU in Kentucky.
